SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

• We ship worldwide through registered courier companies for all our orders.
• We ship through registered courier companies for all our orders. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday to Saturday.
• Please provide us a complete and accurate postal address including pin code, email id and contact number to help us ship your order on time. Please verify your pin-code and contact number at the time of placing the order.
• If the item is in stock, it will be dispatched within 3 working days. For custom orders and items that are out of stock: please know we are a pottery studio where each piece is handcrafted. Production of ceramicware is time-consuming and involves various stages that cannot be rushed. With a small team that multi-tasks, allow us 10-15 days to work on the orders
• You will be notified on email and mobile with the tracking details once your order is shipped. Kindly bear with us until then.

SHIPPING CHARGES

• There is zero shipping charge for domestic orders above Rs. 1500
• Please note charges may vary based on the product, its size and volume, and the final shipping destination.
