REFUNDS AND CANCELLATION
Please know we are a small batch pottery studio where each piece of ceramicware is handcrafted. Each stage of production demands skill and patience. It is time-consuming and there is no scope for shortcuts.
Unlike a machine-made product, no two handcrafted product is the same and is unique in its colour and form.
The colours of the delivered product might slightly vary from the one seen online
On usage, it is common and is the natural tendency of stoneware clay to reflect glaze crazing on the surface
REFUNDS
- We do not offer refunds or exchange on any product
- For reasons stated in the paragraph above
- Delivered as per the order placed and in perfect condition
- Products damaged in transit or package is tampered with we will replace the same in such circumstances
- Please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving the delivery with clear images of damaged packaging and/ or products. We will need 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of your email.
- Please check the shipment is in good condition before accepting the same from the delivery personnel
- If the product is not in stock, allow us 10-15 days to work on your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
